Tough call. The woman in the first photo would definitely have hard time walking around any heavily populated area. Any woman showing even a little bit of skin out in public can expect to get a bunch of unwanted attention from guys. The woman in the second photo doesn't look all that different to me body wise. She's a bit curvier would probably have to put up with the same amount of bullshyt.

Women who are overweight on the other hand, are told they should be ashamed of their bodies. People tend to have a stronger reaction to big women being out and proud wearing skimpy clothing. It's why a lot of fat people don't feel comfortable going to the beach for instance.
