fukk, no. it's a dying institution that's antiquated and past its prime. as humans become more humanist and enlightened, marriage will fail at an even greater rate than the poor numbers it presently puts up. over 60% of marriages in the us fail. that means, if you get married, you are probably getting a divorce. monogamy isn't natural. spending the rest of your life with one person is not fun nor is it enriching - it is emotional and sexual imprisonment.

Fuuuuck no.

Everything this dude said is on point.

Marriage is :rudy: in 2013.

That said, if you find a good woman, like one really good one, locking her down wouldn't be the worst thing ever.

:manny:

I'm just sayin'.

ERASE MARRIAGE FROM THIS QUESTION AND REPLACE MONOGAMY WITH IT. THAT REMOVES THE RELIGION/SCIENCE TROLLS AND KEEPS IT ON TOPIC.

MONOGAMY IS MORE EFFICIENT SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY. IT IS TERRIBLY INEFFICIENT TO RAISE MULTIPLE CHILDREN BY DIFFERENT MATES. THE MONEY IS SPLIT AMONGST TOO MANY HOUSEHOLDS. NOTHING CAN BE SHARED. THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH TRYING TO RAISE CHILDREN WITH DIFFERENT BELIEF SYSTEMS(NOT RELIGIONS). ALL PARTIES INVOLVED WOULD HAVE TO AGREE ON DISCIPLINE. I CAN GUARANTEE MOST OF THE GUYS ON HERE ARE NOT OKAY WITH ANOTHER MAN SPANKING THEIR KIDS. YOU GOT 3 KIDS THAT ALL DID THE SAME THING AND YOU CAN ONLY DISCIPLINE 2 OF THEM. HOW DOES THAT WORK? IT DOESN'T.

I really don't think there's any goal behind any of us being alive. This ain't Xbox, everyone has their personal achievements they want to do, don't do something because other people do, there's no set goals in this shyt
