I’m speaking about areas/regions like Martha’s Vineyard and the countless other metro areas where wealthy white Liberal elites run shyt.

None of that development and gentrification would happen without their stamp of approval. None of that “Not in my backyard” elitism that prevents the development of affordable housing in places like LA/SD would happen without their approval. The Democrat politicians (both local and federal) and the white Liberal elites call those shots.

The same people that scream about letting all of these migrants in and open borders, but throw a fit when they even get near their enclaves. The same people that dump them off into Black neighborhoods and areas with less resources.

The rural conservatives, MAGA’s and right-leaning wealthy aren’t calling those plays. They don’t have the influence, clout, or pull in these places and you know it.

I was talking to older black men at the barber shop and I said look down the street and tell me if u give each black family in those 20-30 homes on each block $200,000 each how many would automatically leave the neighborhood for white neighborhoods , instead of upgrading and owning that home and combine resources for a better neighborhood and our own quality strip malls… and they all said every blacks person would run far away to be next to whites…

It's crazy because black people are following white people to the suburbs while white people are trying to get back to the city. It's going to create poor suburbs and richer cities.
