Would you ride one

Automation is the way of the future. I'm automating my house right now so that i rarely have to lift a freakin finger. My alarm gets turned on the minute i leave the house on its own. My thermostat turns down the heat, my smart light switches turn off the lights.
In current passenger airplanes the role of the pilot is mainly to take off and land the damn thing anyway. Once the shyt reaches the traveling altitude (usually 36,000-41,000 feet) and they are set o their flight path it's usually auto-pilot from there. Face it, humans are more prone to mistakes than machines. The main purpose of the pilot is to take "evasive action" when needed.
Nah breh they get it , companies aren’t dumbDidn't BOEING just willingly cause alot of their planes to malfunction because they left out a saftey device???now they trying to get A.I. to fly a damned plane full of people???
It's like they just don't GET IT!!!
