i dont need to work on my legs too much, i walk miles litereally. anywhere i want to go i rather walk and i walk fast burn mad calories and firm up my calf muscles.
im normally walking till all leg aches, since im not going to the gym. its just been push ups and walking. im in decent shape.
I'm on the same tip, just got back from a 5 mi strollgo ahead and skip legs and look like you have polio brehs....
