I bet if I analyzed your spending habits I could find similar expenses that I'd consider a "loss"... My bills are paid, I live comfortably and I enjoy video games, don't have any problem having paid what I've paid for the systems and the games.

Well, I did buy my PS3s (yes, plural) to also use as Blu-ray players. And for God of War/Uncharted/Infamous... worth it for the exclusives to me.

A stretch? Ps2 sold 70million systems since 2004, one year before the next Gen started. 20 million is low balling since both companies now understand there is a market. PS2 proved that..
