I legit don't get how ppl are able to hold down a fulltime job and cook everyday.
I don't even make it home until almost 8pm.
Salute to those women tho
You don't have to cook everyday. You can cook enough on a weekend to last a few days and then another meal can be cooked on a midweek day like a Wednesday evening. If food is cooked on a weekend you can keep it in the refrigerators and freezer and eat off of it for a couple of days.
Another thing is that meals don't have to be some elaborate 5* star quality product. Basic meals can consist of chicken breast or fish, which can be grilled in an oven. Vegetables like potatoes and green beans can be cooked in the foil with the chicken. Rice can be boiled on a stove or a person can just invest in a cheap rice maker that has a vegetable steamer tray. Another thing that can be used is a crock pot, which cooks your food while you are at work. A person can prepare a whole meal from scratch in about 1 hour or a crock pot can do it for them while they are at work. Anything that a person makes in their home is almost certainly going to be healthier than anything made in a McDonalds.
So I don't know where this cook everyday stuff comes from. This is not 1958 and a lot of people (especially young women) are just using that as an excuse to be lazy. That lie about lack of time is the same bullshyt used to justify wearing White women looking weave instead of their own African hair.
