Not sure yet, if I catch me a hog I might just throw it in a pan with some seasoned veggies and small potatoes and bake her down (especially if it's a trout, rainbow or lake
)If not, I got some meat in the freezer and some charcoal in the basement, ain't nothing to do some quick grilling on the freshly mowed lawn, ya dig?
Summertime up this way we still get a sunny sky until damn near 10 pm, so even a late grill-up starting around 7 or so should be all good.
