$50? Bruh what part of the country do you stay ? First thing I've always done when arriving to a new city is find a barber and go to them and them alone. Exchange numbers and all that. I feel like if you consistently doing business with one breh they should show some leniency on the prices lmao.

I don't even disagree with this sentiment but 50 DOLLARS? That's about what it used to cost me to get my shyt retwisted. I'm not saying $10 or $15 cuts is the wave anymore but $50????!!! Especially if I'm coming to you frequently...Imma need that customer loyalty pricing.

man i left my old barber for a new one because he was at $25 and the old barber used to be slow af. i usually tip at least $5

My barber went from 15 to 20 after the quarantine. First time he’s ever raised prices. He could have gone to 30 and I’d have no issue. Sitting at home with my hair growing wild for months, hairline uneven, beard looking wack for months made me realize how important the barbershop is in my life. When that shyt opened back up after the shut downs ended I wanted to shed thug tears.

Not only that…just the vibe. If there’s a good game on, he’s got it on one TV. He’s got an NBA game from the previous night on the other TV, via YoutubeTV. Hell if there’s no football or basketball he’s got some shyt like the X games on, or some trucks doing stunts lmao. Or a classic black movie on. All while brehs joke, bullshyt, debate, etc. Pay that man and enjoy the experience….

I've been getting cuts from my barber ever since he started cutting hair a decade ago for $10-15 per cut, so that's what I pay to this day. I'll usually tip him $5.
