The cast may not be "gang members" but it still has the blackish formula where everything is about them being black. Cant just be people who happen to be black, they have to bring up themselves being black every 5 minutes.

Yea, Abbott Elem is much better. The new teacher is perfectly cast. Definitely a must watch…

Right now it's budgeted pretty low. Cast didn't have much chemistry maybe it's because most seem to be unknown actors from small roles (one dude was on Arrow) before that aren't polished just yet cause.

Wasn't too bad, I'll keep tuning in to watch it on Tuesday which is a good night for this show.

A comedy about a group of regular black folks. After watching the first couple episodes nobody appears to be anything overtly negative or LGBT (not that that's negative, but....agendas).

I know some of yall was crying about black people "only" being portrayed as gangmembers.
