This post is what is wrong with america. People who say this cynical shyt "Both parties are shyt", as if you actually study the issues and know what each party stands for across a wide range of issues. People like you read or watch the headlines of the day and conclude both parties are full of it.
And people wonder why their rights whittle away every year, or why funding for precious programs for needy communities have been cut. Just smh...

Last time I checked their are just as much RACISTS in the DemonRATS party as the Republicans. At least most Rethugblicans don't hide their bigotry and animosity.

but what is your point? My parents and my grandparents are/were staunch Democrats, doesn't mean anything. Just because they throw a few crumbs at ya to keep negros satisfied, doesn't mean they have your best interests in mind, I think you know this. I voted Democrat and Republican in the past, and I didn't even care to vote in the past Presidential election. Regardless whose in charge, they all carry the same agenda. No new change. Not that I can believe in. ALl of a sudden we have this blackface of a president and now the Democrats are further along for race-relations then the Republicans?? Umm if you remember, Herman Cain was leading the Republicans in the popular vote, before his scandal ran amok.....

I align myself more so with democrats and their stance on issues. It's only so much politicians can do for the black community anyway before we start doing for ourselves. I cannot align myself strictly with the Democrats for the simple fact on their stance on abortion. However I'm not fully on-board with the Republicans either. This is why I am Independent. because NONE of the two major parties want Black EMPOWERMENT. This is the ONLY way black people in American can have REAL change. The Democrats throw a few crumbs here and to keep their slaves voting for them, yet nigs are in the same cycle of poverty and misery.
ANd why should we appreciate these crumbs, or as you said the public "assistants"?? That has done nothing but DESTROY the black nuclear family, raise the abortion rate, create a single mother household with their by-products of crushed and feminized black men under this white supremacist system, along with and set us back for generations!

So you mad at democrats for giving public assistance to make sure kids have homes and food on the table? Why do you think democrats began giving out public assistance to people and why do you think so many people in the AA community were on public assistance? You lost for wanting the government to do anything for your ass but make sure you aren't illegally detained, provide education and keep taxes modest. WRONG playa, black people were able to provide for themselves BEFORE the implement of the welfare system. You want blacks to remain dependant on the govt (IE white man) for assistance?? What about providing for ourselves?? And it didnt matter if Lyndon B Johnson was a Democrat (who was a racist which is well documented) was Democrat or Repubican the same result would have happened....
