typically i am unless i played somewhere the night before, like yesterday. i didn't go to sleep till 5am but woke up at 10am still

Yup, everyday. During the week: 5/5:30 and weekends: 6/7.
The best time to get shyt done and get my routine going.

I just woke up about 45 minutes ago. did get home around 4 tho. I usually wake up around 830 on the weekdays and then take a nap later on depending on what time I work. On weekends, depends on my work time. If it's a closing shift then around this time. I'm a night person more.

Im an late sleeper and early riser, 3/4 hours of sleep is all i need.
I can go out, drink, smoke, party till 3/4am, and i'll be up by 7

The important thing is getting your body that 7 to 8 hours that it needs to rest everyday.

I usually wake up anywhere from 10-11am. Really trying to fix that.
