Hes debut against holly/cody wasnt bad.

And he was hot once he came back from injury.

The moment the paired him up with maryse and gave him his daddys belt they fukked him.

But almost everyone in the midcard was being booked like shyt then.

what the hell went wrong, he had everything and could talk i swear he was going to be world champ. i dont know what happened with booking but i know it was his own decision to leave with the arrest and etc. he was in movies too, legacy where so under rated.

anyone have any inside scoop as to what went wrong in a sure in future champ (personally as heel or face he would work, but i think the fans resented him and they gave him the million dollar belt and more resentment and then maryse which took the focus off him.)

False. He was a CAW the entire time he was there. Legacy was a trash stable that didn't elevate him nor Cody at the time, and he had no charisma. He's Ted Dibiase's son, was allowed to have the Million Dollar Belt, was paired with hot ass Maryse, AND Virgil, and couldn't draw an ounce of heat. The only thing I will say is after seeing him on the outside of the WWE, is that he wasn't the rich, self-entitled character they were trying to get him to play like his dad. He's a down home country boy, and trying to play that character was clearly unnatural for him.

they say it takes time before the fans hold you in their hearts. they shouldnt have given him virgil or maryse, maryse took the attention from him and everyone knew she was with miz so it didnt work. reigns still cant get love, only diffrence ted left. i think he was real solid in the ring and on the mic, and would have got even better always looked the part.

Ted Dibiase could've had something going with the Dibiase posse imo.

He was legit tailgating with fans before the show, they could've easily filmed segments outside. have a heel interrupt the fun and set up a match for the night and what not

i liked them a lot too, the legacy stable was solid. they should have retained the tag titles and orton should have had a longer wwe world champ run. made them legends because they had all the parts of a top pro wrestler. someone said teddy was bland, but i dont see it. he generally was worth screen time. dope trio.

Legacy was one of the worst most pointless stables in the WWE. it did NOTHING for them. Orton looked like a goof most of the time, Cody didn't develop any personality until way after the fact during his Dashing gimmick, and Ted Jr never developed one until his very last moments in the WWE. Ted Jr didn't provide anything on screen, and really was the poster child for how bland and mediocre the WWE was for the majority of 09-11. Props to him though for seeing the writing on the wall and calling it quits to go on to do other things.
