Yes it is which is why these tests don't work very well and add to the problem of underestimating the true number in the population. Matter of fact, I'd consider people posting very low scores in here a red flag.

Just go through that 'third of daters won't date someone making under 30K' thread that I just bumped linking to this thread. Compare people's posts there to their scores in here and see if you believe that the test is accurate.

I thought narcissism was heavily about manipulating people to believe you're something you're really not.
Someone could be an ego-maniac but never resort to lying or manipulation and still score high on this test
