I'll definitely go to lunch with folks but I simply like to work solo, focus on myself and pad some numbers.

I feel like I can go into anywhere and get the job done.

That said, I do like to swarm problems as a team and collaborate with others though as well if they're chill.

I’m the one that speaks up and calls out bullshyt when the rest of the p*ssy ass hos stay quiet but complain in texts messages. Been that way my whole life.

Told my director some real shyt the other day because they’re trying to fukk sales people out of OT because we make commissions. After I was very frank with him he asked if I was unhappy with my job even though I’m crushing it.

:martin:

I said no, I’m just not afraid to tell you the truth unlike everyone else here. I’m also not afraid of getting fired because there are other jobs out there. With or without this one, I’ll be fine.

He sounded like I spit in his face but couldn’t do shyt but give me a verbal for being “disruptive”. Yeah, whatever. Just wait until I deliver my next blow, fukking cac!

:pacspit:

Can’t stand passive aggressive people or scared to speak up fakkits.

Both. I'd say we have a wolf pack (inner circle type of thing) and then we interact with the rest of the wildlife when necessary

There's plenty Field Sales Reps jobs or Skilled trade jobs that are solo

skilled trades? no fukking way. not even if you're a contractor doing residential thats the closest thing. and field sales reps are still members of a team. it will usually be a geographical thing.

Having a team doesn't mean you are around them 24/7. I'm talking are you with a co-worker day-to-day as a Field Sales Rep?

Most of the time, the answer is no

You are a Lone Wolf howling at the moon

You are the type that loves working alone with their own schedule. You need jobs where all of the responsibility to complete tasks falls on you. Most of the time you may feel you are not heard at your job. It is best to find a job that feeds your Lone Wolf instincts

Sucks to be me (and my coworkers) since my job is all about teamwork inside and outside of the organization. :patrice:

Guess I'm a loner :wow:. No wonder I can't stand co-workers :lolbron:
Both

The importance of being a team player is being cooperative, being attentive to other's ideas, being assertive and goal orientated. I used my charisma many times in this role.

Been a lone wolf as a cashier and at the back room. I role solo most of the time. I work solo at best. However, some get this confused with "hating people" when its not:mjlol:

I had a blast with past co-workers. Only times I had beef were people who were insecure and tried to "emotionally test" me. I paid no attention to them. I'm mostly a chill person to work with
