Fearing the inevitable is unwise

I work in the medical field, so I see a lot of old people and even not so old people all fukked up and shyt. It scares me. Plus, I don't plan on ever having kids, so I'm worried about who will take care of me when I'm old.![]()
it's not so much age as it is a lot of people don't take care of themselves. look at what people eat and drink. they don't work out or exercise, and wonder why they look flabby and sick at 35. age is nothing but a number. it's all about what you do with your body.

You're right.
I went to visit my uncle today and he's so miserable. He just turned 46 and he's so depressed that his life didn't turn out how he planned. It just made me think about what life will be like when I get old.

I know it's inevitable to get old.....but I just don't want to be unable to care for myself, or in constant pain all day![]()
