Are you happy at your job?

I like the work but I get annoyed how folks operate.

Not at the moment. Believe it or not, the "Cultural fit" stuff goes both ways and is not always bullshyt. I really don't "mesh" well with my co-workers. Partially race related, but also cultural and background differences. I don't need to be best friends with my co-workers, but I don't even enjoy the most casual conversation with them just due to being too different culturally.

But, I was offered a new position last Friday at a new company so I'm moving on anyways. Better pay, better benefits, and better location (for me, not everyone would think so). No start date yet though.

Yes, fully remote, good salary and great annual bonuses. That’s all I ask really , the job is easy and I could probably get paid more at another company, but I’m cool if a new gig never happens.

I'm good with it. I love the profession I'm in, I enjoy my time there, get paid really well and I have time for personal life. Things could be better but it's definitely not bad

Great salary/benefits, remote working...typical 9-5 corporate
But i make my own hours per say (just need to be available for meetings)

If I could do it all again, I'd own my own contracting/trade/residential upgrade business of some sort. Love that shyt.

Too late now...have people that depend on me to do such a drastic career move.

But I get to work from home, so it could be worse.

Yes, but still want to leave. I get paid a lot to do what I do but i've been doing what I do for damn near 5 years.
