i had the opportunity to go to ground school...but i just cant do it...too many different personalities to deal with
For my own company, sure, but not for someone else. I think there's even more bullshyt to being a manager...it's not like you can make your own moves and you work longer hours. I wouldn't sacrifice my time like that for someone else.
I was for someone else. At the time, it was a pain in the ass because everyone I was managing was much older than me. (25 at the time) It really opens your eyes though. Especially discovering that grown ass men and women act like kids at times and you have to step in and be the authority. Thats when I discovered that age doesn't mean shyt, it a person maturity level. And that's why I was chosen for the position
