When I read the thread title I didn't really understand the question but I think the OP gave me a better understanding.

You clearly can't save 100 percent of anybody but it seems smarter to work on a stronger worldwide middle class instead of putting emphasis on a singular black elite. If you haven't noticed we have a black elite in America and in Africa already. I don't think that's the blueprint.

Once again you're using the current group of people called the black elite. You can name this new group what ever you want or not name it at all. The purpose of the thread is are you focused on Saving all African Americans or only working together with those who want a better life and don't want to sell themselves out.

Breh it's hard to say because we have a sentimental inkling that would make us wanna "save" everyone, even the undesirables.
