No no my friend The fact that three coordinators got fired tells you that there were more problems than just one unit. There are holes all over this team, including the defense. There are also a lack of quality player problems and a lack of good coaching problems starting with the head coach

As I've had time to reflect on it I do think that this move could work because these are guys that Matt is comfortable with and the offense in TB under Dirk was top 3 last yr. So it should work...but we've gotta commit to a legit run game and we need at least 3 starting OL for Dirk and his down the field passing attack scheme to have success

I agree but it's not like this offense was so great that anyone is upset that Sark is fired

What you see with these hires is DQ acknowledging that he failed by putting two guys into Coordinator roles (Sark/Manuel)who had no experience as coordinators. Now he got Mularkey and Koetter, two guys with a ton of experience coaching in the league.

The issue was/is coaching. If y'all don't realize it this is it for DQ. If he doesn't get us back to the playoffs at a minimum he's out
