IN A HEARTBEAT. I WOULDN'T DENY THE FUTURE A RACISM FREE LIFE TO CHASE PENALTIES FOR CURRENT/PAST OFFENDERS. I DON'T NEED CREDIT FOR IT EITHER. I CAN DEAL WITH THAT.

NO RACISM WOULD GIVE US THE TOOLS WE NEED TO MAKE UP GROUND. NO HINDERANCES PLUS OUR BUILT IN TOLERANCE FOR HAVING TO BE BETTER AT EVERYTHING JUST TO GET HALF AS MUCH. I CAN IMAGINE THAT DRIVE IN A RACISM FREE WORLD. WE WOULD BE THRIVING.

RACISM IS THE ROOT TO A LOT OF PROBLEMS. ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK PEOPLE.

Because ending just future "racism" won't eliminate bigotry, prejudice, or resentment. I don't think knowing about it will make people more compassionate, maybe some, but not all. People aren't compassionate towards us because slavery ended, ya know? So I would rather it have not existed at all.
True. I'm just saying if racism isn't a thing, seeing those images and videos would make people more compassionate bc they can't understand why anyone would treat a different race of people like that. In this scenario racism would be a total unbelievable idea so I think it would change the way people think all together

I don't think racism is our biggest issue. I actually think racism is an issue of man just like any other "ism," or "phobia." Racism is just a specific "flavor" of discrimination that is created by man. I think our biggest issue, as black people, is lack of unity. I think if the boundaries of racism were lifted, all that would happen is that black people would breed ourselves out within one or two generations...but even this is difficult to say because it begs the question of whether the self hatred/"crabs in barrel syndrome," that too many black people have, is a result of racism or something innate within us as humans. If racism didn't exist, would race still exist? Could race exist in a capitalist society, where such divisions are necessary in order to exploit and profit? There are just too many factors to take into consideration before we just "end" racism. Again, I don't think that, within a capitalist society, the "powers that be" would just let something as exploitable as race set on the back burner and ignore all the ways in which they could profit from it. Race is only real in its consequences, but those consequences serve as too big of a benefit to the powers that continue to impose them on the masses. This is such a tricky question. Again, a lot to consider.

This would have to include erasing all memory of racism across the world so that people would not know that pain or how it feels to inflict or receive it.

I would definitely do this.

The answers to these type of fairy tale scenarios don't say anything about a person imo.

But for real, yes. Especially since the world will probably turn more and more racist as time goes on.

I’m against racism. I’m also against being on the bottom of the totem pole in every statistical category that matters. :yeshrug:
