I'm not socially awkward, I just find that sometimes I have a hard time maintaining conversations with people. I'm not very good at small talk and have no real desire to improve (mostly because I see it as a waste of time). Don't get me wrong though, I can talk to pretty much anyone with no issues. Just not for extended periods of time if we're not talking about anything in particular.

Some people may see me as awkward because of that. I've always been a pretty strong introvert, so I can imagine people would see me that way.

Last week I went out with all my co-workers after work, basically older white guys and I literally didn't know what to say or do around them and my face was most the night. I said lil to nothing to them

I went home feelin' like a weirdo cuz that shyt never happens. I'ma have to get over that shyt though.

I dont like people. If I don't know you, I am quiet as a church mouse and it comes off as stuck up. Plus, I don't like to eat a lot of people food so that adds to it. Oh well.

I'm like the guy above who prefers to be alone and stay in.. but I can be pretty outgoing when I have my own personal space and am in an environment where I can have conversation. It's big crowds where I'm constantly being bumped into that I hate.. and when the music is so loud you can't really talk and you're just expected to dance with strangers.. I don't do well there either..

Only for like the first couple of min I go out. Then its just feels like home and I chill
