to start this off, i picked B i dont sit down like that gentlemanly pose i know its refined and elegant but comfort is always key to me.

you cant be too comfortable with that A posture, and it gives off little package energy lol.

Sitting with your legs crossed won't cause a medical emergency. However, it can cause a temporary increase in your blood pressure and lead to poor posture. For optimum health, try to avoid sitting in any one position, whether you cross your legs or not, for long periods of time.

I’ve always naturally done B. I have long legs and tend to spread them out for comfort :yeshrug:

due to social etiquette, they have mad data and classes on how to sit, walk, but imagine the science behind just sitting down lol.

When sitting in a formal meeting or party, men/women should sit with an erect posture and with poise. Do: Sit erect in the middle of the chair with legs in a 90 degree with a gap of 6-7 inches between one's feet or slightly sideways in the corner of a sofa.

either one, depending on comfort and clothing.

and probably setting too.

i cant see someone sitting like A around their family home with their folks and that, or maybe.

clothing would definitely be a big issue, i get cramps easily i never attempted that A poise. :russ:

I made it a habit years ago to sit in Pose A when in a "gentleman" situation. B is for when I'm alone or slumming it lol. That's just me, personally.

Edit: I cross my feet at the bottom a lot, too. Over the knee is definitely more of a gesture than a full blown position.

do you feel it leveled you up a little bit? how people approach you or walk past and take glances.

i wont lie its a james bond type thing to just be comfortable enough to sit like that, but i reckon ladies might take notice.

i myself have never attempted it, due to i am kind of stocky 5ft9 and would get cramps and what not lol.

It helps me to feel confident, pay attention, or avoid certain tells. If I sit legs open, I tend to point my feet towards my real focus (the door, bathroom, buffet lol, etc).

yeah i hear that due to that body-language-thread on the first page ... i was looking into key little traits and tell signs of great/confident beings.

so its pretty interesting, ... i always look at the individual sitting down like that when i cross paths as mature even if his in jeans or sweats reading the paper. it just seems a little refined, like time is on their side lol.
