I understand the cardio but cutting out all meat and dairy. I mean stop it. It's always some extreme shyt.Well it is all about blood flow. Most of the blood goes there when excited. So cardio is important

I'm not saying I disagree. But c'mon breh eating meat unless it's excessive ain't finna kill the average young man's erection.
