I love the way you think breh, cuz honestly it would have never crossed my mind this early about tribute performances at some industry machine attaboy echo chamber stinkfest. I can definitely see that happening though and tremendous accolades given to the performers the next day within the media. I’m so glad MTV won’t try that with the VMA’s airing next week. I’m glad BET awards already happened so we won’t have randoms butchering the classics... but BET still has their 70 other award shows so... it’s ginna happen soon.

UNLESS they do like they did Anita & get the RIGHT people to grace the stage and honor her. I was very surprised how they did Anita, maybe they can do the same once they honor Aretha.
