dude gotta cut out the booze and smoke, do something as simple as drink some water just to know that he doesn’t need a liquid with sugar and alcohol in it. Get up, get out and start walking. If he can, run 2 miles a day just to get his endurance up.
Might be intimidating for him to just hop in the gym and pick up every weight in sight so even some pushups and home will go a long way. And if his mid is right to deal with the gym 3-4 days a week, it should be be hard to ask somewhere there is his form right, etc. shyt, he has a lil bit of $ so he can afford to use the trainer services at the gym so they stay on him about it.
he’s someone on the road and doing late night shows in settings that promote staying up late, eating garbage, drinking and probably drugs too. Dude has to do his shows, get paid and get the fukk out the venue so he can get his body right.
