Ppls attitudes are differentI think the difference is that back home in the Midwest (I'm from Ohio), usually the rough areas were specific sides of town, or specific areas or neighborhoods. So it was a whole lot easier to keep yourself out of a bad situation.
Out here though, since investors have been pressed to just develop as many things as possible, you are a lot of situations where you have entire areas where one block is shytty, but the next block over is great, so you get a lot of people interacting that, to be frank, we're just not used to having the same proximity to each other.
But it really depends on where you live, though. Where I'm at now near Paradise Valley (the now former mall), shyt is pretty chill.
