Not a lot of us out here to begin with so, the further away you get from Phoenix ......
:francis:
Right now, whatever your career, if you know your stuff that makes you valuable.

Oh, you winning then.
:salute:
If you want action, the drive is not too too far.
I'm in San Tan so, I'm putting miles on the V when I want to kick it with the homies in Phoenix

Tempe is 10x better

Right near the University area. Full of college aged and 20 year olds over there. Way better for a young breh

Plus slightly more walkable

Not a fan of Gilbert.

I'm partial to it from living in the area, but I like North/Central Phoenix. Easiest access to just about everything, so it doesn't necessarily matter what you want to get into.

Gilbert is cool if you have a family. If you're a young, single breh then Tempe / Scottsdale area would be better.

Yeah Tempe is always popping. I drive out there all day at work and there's always tons of shyt going on, lots of young folks to mingle with.

That's probably your best bet OP.

Checkout Chandler op
West Mesa is alright but I wouldnt wanna be east of Gilbert Rd. fukk City of Gilbert

what about biltmore

How’s Gilbert for a breh? :feedme:

I know Phoenix is not that diverse but how’s Gilbert for a young career dude?
Gilbert's young career in Arizona wasn't as productive as his NBA career but enough to secure a spot in the 2nd round.

what about biltmore

Biltmore's really nice.

I used to live in that area about 10 years ago, loved it, and low-key have regretted moving away the entire time. It's close enough to the heart of downtown that all of it is no more than a 10 minute Uber ride away if your driver gets caught in day of event flow of traffic regulation fukkery. Also not too far off from Scottsdale and Tempe if you want to head out there. Highly suggested, assuming it's in your budget.

What, Gilbert, or North/Central?

I ask because sometimes my perspective is all kinds of fukked up. When I first moved out here, my lady and I stayed with some of her family in Scottsdale, so that's kind've where the scale starts for me. I went out to Gilbert for work a couple of times, and definitely thought "THIS is what some of these motherfukkers have been taking about!? :hhh:"

Yeah, I'm not going out there. Also, I routinely fukk my regions up. :mjlol:

I'm talking the Paradise Valley, edge of Scottsdale area, and spots in the Bell to Greenway stretch from something like 7th Street up to something like the 50s/60s.

I try not to fukk around on them avenues, breh. Nothing good has happened to me on a single one of them.

My cousin, who I never knew personally and never knew lived in AZ, lived down the street from me and got killed

AZ is more dangerous than Detroit to me

In Detroit, ppl mind their own business
In Phoenix, not so much
Ppl are bold as fukk
And just weirdos

I think the difference is that back home in the Midwest (I'm from Ohio), usually the rough areas were specific sides of town, or specific areas or neighborhoods. So it was a whole lot easier to keep yourself out of a bad situation.

Out here though, since investors have been pressed to just develop as many things as possible, you are a lot of situations where you have entire areas where one block is shytty, but the next block over is great, so you get a lot of people interacting that, to be frank, we're just not used to having the same proximity to each other.

But it really depends on where you live, though. Where I'm at now near Paradise Valley (the now former mall), shyt is pretty chill.
