How do you not know who Paul Goldschmidt???That overrated azz Greinke is one of the top 3 players in baseball. I don't even know the other 2 u mentioned![]()
Strange place to sign.
Arizona was about a .500 team last year.
Goldschmidt is a star.
I think Pollock is legit.
I'm not sold on Peralta, but we'll see.
and Inciarte feels like a light hitter who got lucky batting .300
They'll need some major bounce back years from Bradley and Hudson, but my best guess is Arizona wins something like 85 games next year, if they're lucky.
Chacin was an up-and-coming guy with the Rockies but he's still trying to prove himself.
and De La Rosa sucks....same for Robbie Ray
I think the Cubs have to be considered the favorites to win the league. It's not like the NL isn't deep, either![]()
Kershaw just got 7/215 at age 25, Greinke got 6/206 at age 32.$206 million for a 32 year old pitcher is pure madness. He damn near got as much as Price with one less season.
It's not like he's going to a huge market. It's Arizona.Greinke probably still dealing with them anxiety issues. Was actually surprised he signed in LA. He'll do fine in AZ.
I think the Cubs have to be considered the favorites to win the league.
Pittsburgh will still be in the hunt, and if they ever get Taillon up there, watch out.
The Cardinals will probably find a way to contend, though I thought they were overrated last year and I was right.
As for the NL West...it's still too hard to pick against the Dodgers.
