Next to Bloodborne, this game is up there in terms of atmosphere and immersion.
The story is awesome and the pace is exhilarating. The characters all feel established and you literally feel like you are Batman and they do such a great job of reeling you with the atmosphere that you feel like you HAVE to save Gotham.
And to top it all, this game is long as fukk. I've put in over 50 hours so far and I'm not anywhere close to being down. So many missions and adventure that it makes the game fun. I know the batmobile was a main concern but I don't mind it. I have fun with it and love blasting the tanks that come at you. Especially on some parts where there are 50 tanks you have to fight.
The mess of the pC version also made this game go under the radar and people talked more about the botched port to PC instead of what it actually excels at. That is graphics, and gameplay .
