Doesn't feel numb but feels like it's hotter, you know that feeling. I woke up from napping and I'm moving it. I worked 3rd shift last night. I'm moving it and not getting relief. What else can I do before having to seek medical assistance?

Feels hotter in the sense of getting to the numb feeling opposed to that carpal tunnel sydrome/tendonitis feeling.sounds like a nerve issue, try some phsyical therapy excercises, you can google them
