There's a minute difference between hoarders and mentally ill people that trash the place like this, with hoarders actually making an attempt to be sanitary, albiet poorly, compared to these nasty fukkers that shyt in buckets and pour it out windows/lawn or even worse...hoard that too..if they aren't consuming it.
As someone who goes into 15-20 different houses on a daily basis at work, the amount of people that live like this is more than you think.
