It’s not disregard. It’s the fact that it’s not the government’s job to instill proper values. Children raised properly don’t commonly do things like this. The government shouldn’t care more about your child than you. Would the programs help? Perhaps. But even then, you’ll still have knuckleheads doing this. There are plenty of low income areas of various races, and they aren’t doing this.

Being poor doesn’t give you an excuse to hurt and terrorize people. And we need to stop showing so much empathy to black people who act like this. We don’t do enough shaming and shunning, and we create entertainment revolving around this kind of behavior.
