Obviously most of you will shrug this off as conspiracy theory but I'm just putting it out there.

The reasons for them using black folks is 2 fold. One is that most of these soldiers are white, so they wouldn't want them to think that this training might actually be for all Americans, including their own. Secondly, and most importantly, they know that in the event of national unrest they are going to have to really put the smack down on major cities, and we all know who lives in major cities.
