My name is so common there would probably be no easy way to find out without potentially falling for some scam from a private research firm or something. I wouldn't recommend going to the precinct they might just make one up on the spot. Maybe hire a lawyer to look into it for you if you really think you've got some kind of charge you might not know about. If you've ever been stopped and your ID has been ran then I could see but I really don't know how they run the databases. If it's Social Security # I wouldn't worry but if it's first name last name and last known address then that's when the water gets murky depending on your jurisdiction.
I wonder if warrants for arrest would show up on background checks. I've switched employers like every year for the past 4 years with no problems and entered Japan and came back in earlier this year no problem out JFK so I at least don't have a warrant out in NYC
I've also checked my DMV record I think they put warrants on there sometimes. Nothing came up. People are so easy to find online especially FB

these days if they really want you they can find you - But I do worry about admin/clerical errors because a lot of those broads manning the file system are dumb as fukk and I am concerned they can pick names out of hats - Look at that DNA evidence Indian Gandhi ass bytch who got hundreds of nikkas wrongly convicted in NY. Seem like in this country you always gotta be looking behind you physically and checking up on your credit score, criminal record and stocks and bonds and shyt - CACs just waiting for you to slip up
