Arrow Season 5 Thread - Arrow is Back

I haven't finished watching season 3 and definitely not season 4 so do I have to finish those to pick back up on season 5 or can I just skip?

The flashback's all tie into each other season by season as once the season ends he just gets sent elsewhere in the world but if you ain't trippin off that, storyline wise you could jump straight to season 5 as whatever happened in 3 was fixed by the time 4 ended

I watched the first half of season 3 ( which i though was good). Before it fell all the way off
Than a couple of eps of season 4. But def not the whole season
Season 5, they touched on a couple of things from those 2 seasons, but i dont feel like im lost or anything.
