Chelsea fan here. Arsene Wenger has been in the Premier League in all but 4 seasons, so that puts things in context regarding his staying power in the club.
He's also one of the classiest gentlemen in a league that sometimes is without it, and did his best (whether purposefully or not) to bring a lot of young, black talent through the ranks. Even at a time when the league was largely white and way more racist, you had your Vieiras, Henrys, Wiltords, Campbells, Anelkas, Coles etc plying their trade at Arsenal.
I for one hope he is replaced by Vieira who I'm hearing has been suggested as a possible replacement for him. We need to see more black managers working in the biggest clubs.
