The thing I take away from all this is that Kanye is not "dumb" - he's ignorant. He seems facually illiterate on a variety of issues, so he throws a bunch of rapid fire ideas and views at you. He doesn't recognize that calling himself the next Steve Jobs, in front of Steve Jobs' widow, is offensive? He doesn't realize that calling himself a slave, while begging for the right for his shoes to be manufactured by slaves in third world countries, is ignorant? Something isn't right here.
