I use PSN all the time and yes it is slow and buggy. There are still plenty of people reporting problems with logging on and downloading games. The twitch streams I've tried to watch from ps4 users have been full of issues. EVERYTIME PSN needs to support a spike in users, it goes down. This has been going on for 7 years now, and for some reason you dudes continue to act like its not happening.

Most internet systems have a couple hiccups when launching. It seems that the PS4 launch went well as there arent many people reporting issues with it.

What upgrades has Sony made to PSN to fix these problems and to justify the charge for online play?

I honestly dont know what the company has been doing behind the scenes. But the funny thing is me and about 6 other friends have noticed the download speeds now max our our connection. Dont see much difference in online play, as I never really had much issue with online multiplayer anyway. You say its slow and buggy...but my maxed out internet connection and stable multiplayer sessions (besides glitchy battlefield) say otherwise.

The press release from twitch spelled out to you why the experience was better and your response was "all Xbox apps can do that stuff"

what? plenty of people reported problems. There are still people reporting problems. This is what happens everytime, the problems exist but y'all just pretend they don't.

Once again it's being reported all over the web, even some of the ps4 harware reviews talked about it. Adams sessler just made a video about it.

Yes it does. Especially for something like twitch. And snap is only one part of the picture.

And the interface dictates the overall experience. If using the interface is crappy, then using the apps will be crappy as well

Pros
- Much better streamlined dashboard/UI thought this was about games
- Great selection and variety of launch games
- The controller is a lot better (THANK THE GAMING GODS FOR THAT NEW D-PAD!) They sayin DS4 better
- The Kinect 2.0's body capture technology comes vastly improved nobody cares about this still
- Multitasking is a breeze thanks to the Snap feature you using this to play games or like a computer
- Online gaming is a much better experience with Smart Match games been doing this
- The apps all perform well Games?
- Watching TV on your Xbox One just feels right Games?
- Following your friends feels a lot easier to navigate than before Opinion
- The addition of media achievements and challenges is awesome Opinion

Cons
- The Kinect 2.0 voice recognition technology works...most of the time
- The SmartGlass app doesn't have a lot of readily compatible games/movies...yet
- Crimson Dragon and LocoCycle are letdowns
