I am not above lying to court to save my skin. But.... Perjury in a bankruptcy case is serious. Why do it if you have the money to pay? I think the risk far outweighs the reward. He could stand to lose way more than the lawsuit monies if he is busted lying. I am more inclined to believe that he is telling the truth about his finances. He obviously loves attention and knows part of his mystique to his stans is that he is sitting on over a hundred milly.
