I think the wording of her arguement is off. It's not the Black man's ideal. It's the media's depiction of the Black man's ideal. She touched on that a bit but it wasn't very well done. I'm sure the title is for shock value.

Is she instigating a fight with black men or is she targeting women who only workout to please someone else and not to actually change their lifestyle and get healthy? Is she saying you shouldn't have to lose weight in general, or that you shouldn't follow fitness trends (to be the ideal you'd have to add heavy deadlifts and squats to your routine)to please someone else even though your body type (read:bone structure) won't give you those results?
Either way , she may be insecure, but I really don't think she was intending to put down black men, just women who are modifying their natural bodies.
