i browsed though those zipcodes you gave me earlier and blacks over there dont have the wealth to rebuild it. that place is blighted and under developed. it would take billions along with some new industries to rebuild Detroit. but ya simple minded ass thinks the local drug dealers have enough resources to get the job done.
