Could you work for a black man, OP?
100% agree, black people should be able to offer black people jobs. most black people work for white people, even in 2016, which is insane to me.I understand brothers doing it for a certain period of time, you have to start somewhere, but as black men eventually more of us need to be trying to pool our resources together to start more businesses (I didn't say "all" either, I said more). Complaining about the man yet making his pockets fatter working for him for 45 years and passing no businesses down to your kids so they don't have to do the same thing you did, is clown shyt to me. Being too dependent on your oppressor for your daily bread isn't good. Entrepreneurship and group economics is a big step in the right direction for AA men, but a lot of guys are honestly afraid. They will deflect from their fear by attacking you, but it is what it is.
I had no problem working for 'the man' when I was 20. But do u think I wanna still be doing that when I'm 50? In that amount of time I could take money I earned from his job and start my own business instead of giving my best years to his. That's just how I think abd it's a big reason why I went ahead and did it a couple of yrs ago. I also want to be able to pass down a business to my kids so they don't have to experience what a lot of black kids went through, having to rely on a cac just for an opportunity. On here wanting to pass down a business to your kids is an outlandish thing, it's pathetic.
I don't care what these nikkas on here try to claim. The crazy thing is they'll claim to be Pro Black but get mad and hold a grudge against any nikka who says he doesn't like or want to work for Mr Charlie....
personally I wouldn't want to work for anyone, BUT if I had to then yes I think I could work for a black man, at least knowing im helping a black business albeit not my own.. growCould you work for a black man, OP?
im a clown for not working for another man? oh okaySome of ya'll are missing the mark on this "deep" shyt and it's not even funny. Go back to making threads about the lack of blackness of mixed people, clown.
How much money you make if any?im a clown for not working for another man? oh okay
enough to own a couple homes, a couple cars, travel around the world, get American citizenship without any hassle, and enjoy life. How much money you make if any?
So you cant take direction to do your job, because you boss is white?after years of oppression, hundreds years of the white man dictating to black people, no way I could go and work for one.
I wouldn't be able to take working for another humanSo you cant take direction to do your job, because you boss is white?
Or do you feel that a white or black c00n supervisors will be racist to you because they do not know how to properly relate to a person of color and they will more than likely treat you in a bad manner?
broke? im not rich but like I said I own a couple homes, own cars (no car note) and have dual citizenship. Im literally loving my life right now breh. I turned 30 last week and been doing pretty decent in my working life which has been since 16You sound lazy and broke as fukk. Don't allow your pride to fukk up your paper trail. Most people start out working 9-5 gigs before they make their own business.
Your heart is in the right place, but don't think having a good idea is going to generate an income. That takes starting from the bottom, establishing a foundation and building brick by brick.
Or doing some illegal shyt. Which I'm against. No black man should be a career criminal. The police assume we are, and that's why it's best to always have a legitimate source of money. Also, having a strong resume helps build your value. Even if you're not going to use it to apply for a job.
I think the best way to learn a business is to work for a company that's already doing it. Entry level positions is most of those companies are 9-5 jobs.
When I was young I would have agreed, but I've seen some shyt my guy, and having a job is always a good idea. Regardless of your other sources of income.
what type of business are you in? what do you sell or service?broke? im not rich but like I said I own a couple homes, own cars (no car note) and have dual citizenship.
