The food, vernacular, music, etc. When I hear a black person with a thick southern accent I find myself getting on some and that's fukked up because that's how most of our ancestors sounded. I understand you argument but I think it’s important that you don’t frame this as a Black American issue cuz it’s a Confederacy vs. Union issue that trickled down to us as we are subject to American culture. City dwelling urban whites always thought that country whites were stupid and they were able to write this sentiment into the cultural fabric of the nation when Black Americans helped stomp a mud hole in the confederacy. So I think the correct statement would be that City dwelling Americans hate on Country bound Americans...this elitism is a product of White American Northerner culture and propagated by them.
