Kyrie ain't coming through that door.

Last year's ECF might have gone 6 if it weren't for Kyrie. You know which game I'm talking about, the one where Kyrie put the team on his back.

Ain't no superteam in Philly. Simmons and Embiid BOTH overrrated. Simmons shoots like Rondo with a head injury, and Embiid inefficient for some nikka in the post. Put LeBron on that squad and what does Simmons even do?
LeBron will have to play off the ball since Simmons can't shoot. That would be an awesome squad. LeBron would get easy points without having to do much work, since he'd have a playmaker in Simmons next to him. Simmons would generate easy buckets for bron. And defensively simmons is great also, so LeBron would be able to rest on that end.

baby, that was the old me
This cavs team never had a chance to win a title. (Or any team but Houston).

Anybody who says otherwise is a fool.

It’s quite a miracle they made it this far tbh.:ehh:

Let’s put it this way. Lebron can do everything in his power as one player possibly can & this series will still end in 6 games by Boston.

BOS will advance to the final . Then GSW will sweep Boston in 4 close games in these nba finals. Winning another predictable championship.

Pull up these receipts at a later date and neg me if I’m wrong.

Losing to Boston in the ECF sounds better than 6 finals Losses though. People will be a little more logical if he loses this series.

If he goes to the finals and gets the soul beat out of him for that 6 finals loss though.....that’s a little different
I think it's the opposite.

Getting smacked around again by GS would be expected.

Losing to a team led by Al Horford after people started that GOAT nonsense again for beating a shytty Raptors team would be embarrassing.

Ehhhhh... Bron has never played off ball well and didn't want to. Would be an interesting adjustment

NO, TIMES HAVE CHANGED.

LESTANS ALWAYS HANG THEIR HAT
ON THE FACT THAT KD WENT TO A 73 WIN TEAM.

SO LOSING TO GS DOESNT HURT HIS LEGACY

IN THEIR MENTALLY ILL MINDS.

THEY GONNA KILL THEMSELVES
IF THEIR GOAT LOSES
TO SOME ROOKIE AND ROLE PLAYERS
WITH KYRIE WATCHING FROM THE BENCH.

Tbh I'll probably just move onto football season but I guess there's a slight chance I kill myself?

Jordan is 6/6....if Bron were 6/12 with 6fmvps it would be way better. How is losing in the first round a better season than losing in the finals?
This works aganist lebron. You went to more finals and still only got the same amount of rings than Jordan?

Lebron will be going to three more finals if he was to make it out this series, and is still 3 rings behind. And unlike Jordan, Lebron switched teams twice.

True, however when you look at this Cavs team and how terrible they are along with lebron putting up a triple double, folk will be more logical. Atleast for us lebron haters, losing to the Celtics would be laughable for maybe a month, after that on to the next. It’s not fun to laugh about this cause there’s no strong narrative.

The big negative-narrative with lebron will always be the finals. People will throw logic out the window cause 6 finals Ls, perception wise, could be more useful in hating him than losing to the Celtics. It’s even more useful for Jordan fans cause lebron will have the same amount of Ls that Jordan has Rings and that is meme potential.

There’s lebron haters that actually want him to win this series just to watch him lose in the finals for that 6.

Perception by the general public will always make finals Ls more significant and of course, the big thing with Lebron at this point is the finals.

So yes I’m the long run, losing now won’t be as painful as that 6 final L. Crazy as it may sound

The bolded is the important part

Lets just say there are two players, one is 3/11 in the finals and one is 3/3 in the finals

If both players win the same amount of rings with the same number of finals MVPs, rings is a wash, then you go to what happened the other years they didnt win. One would say "the years I didnt win a ring I led my team to the finals 8 times" the other would say "the years I didnt win a ring, I led my team to the lottery or lost in the first round. Thats why the 3/11 resume would be better than the 3/3 resume. Winning the ring is the ultimate goal, so the closer you are to the ring, the better your season.

Breh this makes little to no sense cause we will be giving you participation points while claiming you the “GOAT”

Nikka if you go to 11 finals you better win atleast more than half cause how the hell you go to that many finals and lose 8?

That means you lost more than 3 times in a row atleast once during that run.

You probably got swept in one series

You probably gave up in another series

You probably got your ass whooped by a record margin in that other

This makes little to NO sense other than your stats were better since you went more. But if you lose and how you lost during that process will work aganist you. You were “closer to the ring” yet ended your career with the same amount of rings as the nikka whos 3/3 cause your a LOSER who couldn’t get it done more than 50% of those finals trips

Lebron is 3 out of 8.

He’s been swept
He has two back to back finals losses
He choked in 2011
He lost by a record margin in 2014

This can not continue if he’s “chasing the ghost on Mj” and post like yours is why there’s a negative perception around him. Cause your logic has everybody else like:hhh:i rather be 3/3 than 3/11 cause perception wise everybody will focus on those 8 Ls. Also how did you make 11 finals but only one three? What conference did you play in? Clearly it was a weaker conference if you got your ass whooped by teams out of the other conference so much. You were “closer to the ring” but you lost 8 times....and still have the same amount of rings as the nikka who went lessEVEN THOUGH YOU HAD MORE OPPORTUNITIES to win more than the nikka whos 3/3

Like I said that will work aganist you. It already is with lebron to an extend

Cause we are NOT gonna keep giving lebron participation points, knowing damn well he’s going to get his ass whipped before the series even starts, after this season.

Come 2018-2019 season HE HAS TO GET IT DONE in my best SAS voice or this “well atleast he made it” shyt ain’t cutting it nomore

I don’t care if you made 10 finals in row if you lost in more than half. 6/6>>>>>>>

All his hype about a Celtics team that is trash on the road?

Let’s not forget this Celtics team almost lost to a 8th seeded bucks and only beat Philly because Philly was cost themselves the game.

Cavs will win both games in Cleveland and we will be back having another convo in game 5.
Even if Cavs protect home court...they still need to win one at the Garden, which no team done this year in playoffs.
