I see where TS is coming from but nah. The Saiyans wanted to dominate the universe probably just as much as Frieza did. While they did have strong warriors they were ACTUAL savages that placed physical strength over everything else.

I didn't make the connection as a kid but, after I saw someone on here make the connection, I watched that Vegeta speech again and I noticed it for the first time I doubt Toriyama really cared about blacks/africans and I doubt it was intentional but, it was crazy how much that sounded like us
