Saying what's on my mind whether it's problematic or helpful and standing on my opinion despite pushback.

Being able to take in criticism negative or positive and learn from it.

Not being emotional.

Never let any person, man or woman walk over you.

Showing respect when given respect.

Fighting isn't always a solution, but if another man thinks he can talk to you any kinda way and wants to throw HANDS, win/lose or draw, I gotta get out there.
