This cac nikka's "companies" are private for a reason. He hasn't released his tax returns for a reason. Any number you hear being thrown around is UNSUBSTANTIATED. And most of the estimations about his wealth are at the mercy of the real estate market, which implies that he has very little in the form of liquefiable assets. It's also telling that he's had trouble getting loans from Wall Street.

Second of all, companies are private for many reasons. A, they aren't at the mercy of shareholders. B, they don't have to constantly shoot for short term growth at the expense of long term stability to appease Wall Street. C, they have complete autonomy of their business and it's direction. D, they don't need to raise money in the markets, they can do so via debt offerings. E, they aren't at risk of losing their own company. F, they don't have to be completely transparent in their business dealings, which isn't so they can do evil super villain things but, because a good number of business PREFER discretion. But remember, there's still something called the law that all businesses, private or public still have to follow, genius
Third of all, Trump filed bankruptcy on multiple commercial projects that tallied up in the hundreds of millions of dollars. No shyt some banks won't loan to him. Doesn't mean he's broke. If he wasn't a billionaire, multiple media outlets would have jumped on that story already and exposed him years ago.
