I'm a fan of both Nas and Jay, Stillmatic and the Blueprint are both overrated. On Blueprint I only fukked with Takeover, Izzo, Song Cry, Lyrical Exercise, Renegade, Heart of the City, All I Need.

basically, the songs you declared tie or agree'd with doesnt really give Blueprint the nod. Blueprint is really good but if this is Jay's best album than how can he have better bodies of work than Nas? general question not aimed at you.. just saying

I still remember Sept 10th... the night before the official release my local cd spot was selling the album at 12am... copped and listened to that shyt over and over until like 3. Sipping on OE and marveling in the smoothness of the album. I'll never forget that shyt. Then I woke up to the towers going down. Weird transition to say the least but it left a lasting memory.

Blueprint is a classic album lesbehonest.

Stillmatic shyts on it though. Rule, Ether, Rewind, My Country, Destroy & Rebuild, One Mic and Rewind are the most powerful Nas songs ever (IMO) and they're on the same album! Now that I think about it, Stillmatic might be my favourite Nas album...
