He was nothing like Penny breh, except they were the same height. He didnt possess Penny's athleticism, driving, or shooting skills at all, but he was a better passer then Penny.

Livingston was more of a Rondo/Kidd type of PG (passer first) while Penny could do both
And we never got to see Penny in his prime either.....he got hurt 13 games into his 5th season at 26 yrs and was washed up ever since
